We're seeking an ambitious and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive marketing excellence across our two jewellery brands. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in the luxury accessories space and wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced business.You'll be the person who takes a product from photoshoot to launch, writes the brief that converts, and digs into the data to do it all better next time. You'll have autonomy, visibility across the business, and the opportunity to shape how we show up in a competitive market.You'll take ownership of the complete product launch cycle, lead creative marketing activations, manage our email planner.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launches & Campaign ManagementManage roduct launch process from photography and asset creation, before handing it to our Ecommerce teamDevelop campaign plans with strong messaging that resonates with our customer baseCreate and execute innovative marketing activations around product launches and key retail momentsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveryEmail & Digital MarketingOwn and develop our email marketing calendar with detailed, commercially-driven briefsChampion email testing roadmap in collaboration with Ecommerce teamLead photoshoot planning, briefing, and executionRetail Marketing & PartnershipsManage day-to-day communications with PR agenciesBuild and maintain partnerships with brands and influencersOversee influencer gifting strategy and relationship managementAnalysis & Team LeadershipAnalyse marketing performance data including sales, engagement, and customer insightsProvide end-of-campaign reporting with actionable insights that inform future strategyWork closely with Trade team to understand product performance and feature top sellers across all channelsOversee and mentor Content & Social Associate, developing strong management skillsWhat We're Looking For5-7 years in marketing within jewellery, accessories, fashion, or lifestyle brands (luxury or contemporary)Campaign planning from scratch - You've developed multi-channel campaigns with strong messaging that drives measurable resultsRetail marketing execution - Experience planning and delivering events, pop-ups, or experiential activations that create buzzEmail marketing ownership - Track record of building testing roadmaps and improving performance metrics (CTR, conversion)Product launch management - You've led products from concept to market, coordinating cross-functional teamsPhotoshoot experience - Comfortable leading creative briefs and managing shoot executionCommercial mindset - You connect dots between creative decisions and business impact; you understand margin, conversion, AOVData fluency - Can analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and translate them into actionEmerging people management - Ready to develop your leadership skills by managing and coaching a direct reportSkills & AttributesTest & Learn Mindset - Natural curiosity about what drives performance; eager to experiment and iterate based on dataStrong Commercial Acumen - Ability to connect creative ideas directly to revenue impact and ROISolutions-Focused & Entrepreneurial - Hands-on approach, comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things doneCross-Functional Collaboration - Skilled at influencing and gaining buy-in from teams across the businessExceptional Project Management - Can manage multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously without dropping ballsConfident Communicator - Articulate briefs clearly to internal teams, agencies, and external partnersDetail-Obsessed - Nothing gets past you; quality control is second natureAgile & Adaptable - Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quicklyBrand-Focused with Customer Obsession - Understand how to balance brand storytelling with customer needsWhat Makes You Stand OutBeyond the checklist, here's what we're really looking for:You're naturally entrepreneurial.
