Luxury Property Market Manager - Fluency Spanish

• UK-based Remote | ~50% travel Spain & Portugal
• Contract: 12 months
• Salary: £65,000k pa

We're hiring a Luxe Market Manager to drive the growth of a premium homes portfolio across Spain and Portugal for a leading global travel platform.

This is a high-impact, acquisition-led role focused on sourcing exceptional properties and building long-term partnerships with high-end homeowners, agents, and operators.

What you'll do

• Identify and acquire high-quality luxury homes across key markets
• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outreach and partnerships
• Lead high-value, consultative negotiations with senior stakeholders
• Own market strategy - understanding trends, locations, and opportunities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of luxury hosts, driving performance and quality

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Proven track record of winning new business and closing complex deals
• Experience working with premium clients (luxury travel, real estate, hospitality)
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to operate autonomously
• Polished communicator with strong negotiation skills
