KeyResponsibilities
Activelyengagewithcustomers,understandingtheirneedsandpreferences.
Assistanddevelopclientrelationshipswithcustomersinbrowsingandselectingjewellerypieces.
AbilitytoserveHighNetWorth(HNW)clientsandhandlechallenges.
Provideaccurateanddetailedinformationaboutjewelleryproducts,includingmaterials,gemstones,andcareinstructions.
Upsellandcross-selljewelleryandrelatedaccessories.
Processsalestransactionsefficientlyandaccurately.
BuildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithHNWclients.
Achieveindividualandteamsalesgoals.
Participateinin-storeeventsandpromotions.

AbouttheCandidate:
Aminimumoftwoyearsofluxuryretailexperience,preferablywithFineJewelleryexperience.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
Strongsalesacumenandaresults-orientedapproach.
Passionforjewellerystorytellingandakeeneyeforstyle.
Organisedanddetailoriented.
Teamplayerwithapositiveattitude.
