Luxury Watch and/or Fine Jewellery - Sales Consultants

Other roles: Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Boutique Manager


IRD Consultancy is partnering with multiple globally renowned prestigious jewellery and watch brands to attract talents for multiple roles across Central London boutiques (Bond Street, Covent Garden, Westfield White City, Selfridges, Mayfair, Harrods and Chelsea)


  • Sales and Senior Sales
  • Supervisors
  • Assistant Managers
  • Boutique Managers


Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewellery.
  • Demonstrated ability to build authentic, long-lasting client relationships, with a strong track record of clienteling and repeat business.
  • Strong sales drive paired with a genuine, client-first mindset.
  • Passion for craftsmanship, precision, and design; enthusiasm for watchmaking* is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages highly beneficial.


Annual Basic Salary Package

  • Sales Consultant: £29,000 - £40,000, with attractive sales commission.
  • Supervisor: From £35,000-£40,000, with attractive sales commission and bonus.
  • Assistant Manager: £42,000–£50,000 plus bonus.
  • Boutique Manager: £45,000–£65,000 plus bonus.
