Vehicle Technician – Luxury Specialist Workshop Location: Woking Area Salary: Up to £50k + £5k bonus | 20 days holiday + bank holidays

We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run, independent luxury car specialist who is opening a brand-new workshop with state-of-the-art ramps and facilities. They are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their small, close-knit team.

The role:

* Work alongside 3 experienced technicians in a supportive, family-style environment.

* A varied mix of work including tuning, modifications, diagnostics, and general mechanical tasks.

* Opportunity to work on high-end, luxury vehicles in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

The package:

* Competitive salary up to £50k, plus £5k annual performance bonus paid monthly (from 75% individual target).

* Fully paid lunch on Fridays and 3–4 fully paid track days per year.

* Free local parking allocated to the business.

* Monday–Thursday: 8:00–17:30, Friday: 8:00–16:30.

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with holiday buyback available.

Requirements:

* Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with strong mechanical experience.

* Confident in diagnostics, fault finding, and all mechanical work.

* Full driving licence required.

* Enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about working on high-end vehicles.
