You will play a key role in helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support pupil learning Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation Supporting pupils with varying abilities and needs Promoting positive behaviour and engagement Assisting with assessment and feedback where appropriate Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all timesRequirements:
