Change & Adoption Consultant – Microsoft Copilot / M365UK Remote | Occasional UK Travel12 Month Fixed Term ContractA major digital transformation programme within the National Health Service is seeking multiple Change & Adoption Consultants to support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies across 30–40 NHS Trusts.This is a large-scale programme focused on helping organisations successfully adopt new technology, drive behavioural change and ensure users are confident using the Microsoft ecosystem.You will play a key role supporting end users, delivering training, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot and the wider M365 suite.The RoleSupport the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and M365 technologiesDeliver user training, workshops and adoption sessionsHelp drive behavioural and organisational change across NHS trustsSupport SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration toolsWork closely with stakeholders to improve user engagement and adoptionDevelop training materials, guidance and best practice documentationWhat We’re Looking For5+ years experience in Change Management / Adoption rolesExperience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption programmesExposure to Microsoft CopilotStrong stakeholder engagement and training experienceAbility to support large user communities through technology changeExperience working with the public sector or healthcare organisationsStrong understanding of the Microsoft collaboration ecosystemAdditional InformationRemote role within the UKOccasional travel to NHS sites or team meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr
