M365 Senior Engineer (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender) great mix of projects and BAU work!An M365 Senior Engineer is required by a modern, cloud-first Professional Services firm operating entirely in a Microsoft 365 E5 environment. This is a hands-on role where youll take ownership of the M365 platform, driving improvements across identity, endpoint management, and security.Youll be joining a small, high-performing team where your input genuinely shapes decisions. Its an ideal move for someone currently in an MSP who wants to step into an internal role with more ownership and long-term progression.What youll need:Strong Microsoft 365 experience within a cloud-only (E5) environmentHands-on expertise with Entra ID, Intune (Autopilot, MDM/MAM), and Microsoft DefenderExperience with Conditional Access, Security Groups, and SSO integrationsScripting/automation using PowerShell and/or Graph APIEndpoint management across Windows 11 (MacOS/Jamf beneficial) and experience supporting junior team membersYoull be fully supported with training and certifications, while gaining direct exposure to Microsoft Defender and working closely with Cyber Engineers.
