This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and advisory projects across the Shipping and Consumer sectors. You will collaborate with senior team members to deliver exceptional client service and gain hands-on experience in both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with clients and manage key stakeholder relationships. Support advisory projects, including transaction execution and strategic reviews. Prepare reports, information memoranda, and presentations using Word and PowerPoint. Build and maintain financial models in Excel. Deliver high-quality working papers and reports within agreed deadlines. Provide actionable recommendations to improve client processes and controls. Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives. Actively seek and respond to feedback to enhance performance.
About You
Professional qualification (CA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) or relevant experience. Previous exposure to corporate finance or related disciplines. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
