As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of food manufacturing machinery. Youll work closely with production operatives, engineers, and the quality team to ensure that all machinery is set up and operated to the highest standards to support consistent product quality and output. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain food production machinery during your shift. Carry out basic machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting. Complete pre-start checks and routine line changeovers. Report any mechanical faults to the engineering team. Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
