Job Title: Machine Operative

Location: East Peckham, Tonbridge

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Shift: 14:00-22:00 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a machine operative to join a well-established plastic injection moulding company based in East Peckham, Tonbridge.

Please be aware that this role is mainly static, and attention to detail is the top priority. Candidates seeking a fast-paced active role will not suit this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Performing hourly quality checks

· Ensuring products meet company standards

· Keeping the work area clean and organised

· Reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor

· Packing, sealing & labelling boxes, preparing them for distribution

What We're Looking For:

· High attention to detail

· Ability to be stationary for long periods of time

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently

· Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic

· Previous production or factory experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided

· Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site
