For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering: £28,224-£29,407 per annum 12-hour days and nights Permanent position Pension: 5% employee + 5% employer (rising to 7% in year 4 and 9% in year 5) Holidays: 23 days (rising with service) – plus 6-day breaks as part of shift pattern Life Assurance: 1x salary after 1 year, rising to 3x after 3 years The role –Machine Operative : Operating machinery, packing, palletising, loading lids and refilling materials (reel operation) Making sure materials are available and ready in line with production schedules Carrying out checks to ensure everything meets safety, quality, and spec standards Cleaning and inspecting machines and work areas, fixing or flagging any issues What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative : Previous Machine Operating experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL Previous experience of working in a food production environment - BENEFICIAL Demonstrable experience of working within FMCG environme...
