Are you hands-on, mechanically minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment? This is a varied and active role ideal for someone who enjoys operating machinery and being part of a busy manufacturing team.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts):
Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30
Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30
Week 3: 22:00 – 06:30
Your Role
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Setting up machines and adjusting settings where required
Blending and processing key ingredients using specialist equipment
Carrying out routine machine checks and reporting faults
Supporting packing and order preparation
Completing quality control checks to ensure product standards
Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
What We’re Looking For
Previous factory or machine operating experience preferred
Technically minded with good problem-solving skills
Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
