Job Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating our newly expanded automated equipment where we produce aluminum frames. The right candidate will work diligently to assure that all products are manufactured with integrity and free of error.

Responsibilities:

Properly start up and shut down equipment

Efficiently load and unload equipment with unprocessed and processed parts

Diligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting activities, and escalate issues

Manually deburr parts and manually assemble frames with fixtures and screw guns

Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines

Maintain a clean and organized workcell

Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed

Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement
