Job Description

The Thrive Group is currently looking to recruit a mechanically minded Machine Operators to work in a fast paced production environment. The role is a on going long term temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for high calibre workers. \n\nShifts - 6-2/2-10pm/10pm-6am (Rotating) - You must be able to work all 3 shifts.

STARTING 5TH JAN 10PM\n\nPay £12.21 p/h for a shifts for 1st 12 weeks (overtime available)\n\nLocation - Bradford\n\nPLEASE NOTE THIS IS STARTING 5TH JAN 2026 AT 10PM!\n\nThe Candidate:\n\nHave strong experience working in a production environment \nBe mechanically minded and understand the machines they are working on and be able to self diagnose when things go wrong. \nExperience working in a fast paced environment \nBe VERY experience operating machines \nFit and health and use to heavy lifting Job role:- \n\nOperating machinery \nChecking products first and last off\nSelf diagnose machine when working\nAttempt to fix minor problem \n\nThrive Group is acting as a recruitment business\n\nINDWAK
