You will report directly to the Plant Manager and be part of a team that values continuous improvement and a strong focus on health and safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nFollow all standard safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.\nSet up and adjust the label press for job runs, adhering to specifications.\nMonitor product and computerised equipment for quality during job runs.\nCheck precision of detail against specifications and take corrective action when necessary.\nPrint jobs while maintaining optimum production rates, density, registration, and quality standards in line with company and customer guidelines.\nInterface with production software to accurately record job status, material usage, and labour information.\nComply with all company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.\nEnsure cleanliness of the press, work station, and immediate area by practising good housekeeping.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nMachine operator experience is a must!\nA continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to health and safety.\nStrong attendance and a desire to grow and learn in the label printing industry.\nAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nWe believe in taking care of our team!
