T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a friendly Company that has expanded over the years. Previous experience isnt required as the Company can offer full training, however the successful candidate must have some Machine Operative knowledge.
Machine Operator Job Details & Benefits;
Weekly Rotating shifts
Mornings - Monday Friday, 6am-2pm
Afternoons Monday Thursday 2pm-10:45pm, Friday 2pm-7pm
£13.74 - £15.13 per hour (Hourly rate includes shift premium)
28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays

Machine Operator Duties;
Loading and operating a machine with some programming elements
Learning all relevant procedures to be competent enough to build a printed circuit board
Building PCBa in accordance with IPC-610 criteria
Preparing and running jobs on the SMT machinery
Preparing components so they can be correctly used on the SMT line
Operate and program solder paste print technologies (SPI)
Relay build issues and process related concerns to the production engineers
Machine Operator Person Specification;
Must have previous Machine Operating experience
Strong attention to detail
Confident manner
Ability to work under pressure and complete varied duties to meet deadlines
