We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to support the extrusion of our wide range of matting and strapping products.Key responsibilities:Follow the daily production plan, ensuring high standards of work aligned with quality systems and proceduresProduce high-quality products according to job card specifications, with attention to detail and presentationOperate production lines at correct speeds to ensure efficiency and output targets are metOptimise the use of reclaim and regrind materials while maintaining required product qualityOperate machinery safely and correctly to reduce waste and scrapFollow all health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE and machinery guardingMaintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environmentRequirements: GCSE Maths minimum grade 4Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be givenGood attention to detail and a strong work ethicAbility to work well as part of a small teamWillingness to learn and follow procedures closelyCommitment to safety and quality standardsBenefits:Annual profit related bonus20 days holiday (increasing with service) + all bank holidaysUse of fully equipped break roomFree beveragesThree shift rotation days, nights, latesJBRP1_UKTJ
