We are looking to recruit a new Machine Shop Team Leader to join our busy team at Lincat to support the production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the Machine Shop function, supporting the Manager with the day-to-day management of the manufacturing processes, overseeing a team of operatives to ensure the daily program of work is adhered to, and achieved. Provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure the complete delivery of metalwork to Assembly, monitoring any issues, ensuring production targets (KPIs) and quality standards are executed to meet the requirements of the customer. Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 3:50am.
