What You'll Do * Set up, operate, and maintain machine tools safely and efficiently * Monitor machining operations and adjust settings to maintain quality and output * Work to production schedules to ensure timely delivery of components * Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications * Troubleshoot machine issues and support continuous improvement activities * Maintain clear and accurate production and maintenance records * Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment * Collaborate with colleagues to optimise processes and meet daily targets * Participate in daily shop‑floor meetings to support communication and workflow
What You'll Bring Essential * Previous experience in a machine shop environment * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Desirable * Recognised mechanical engineering qualification (or equivalent) * Basic CNC programming experience
