Job Title: Gas Maintenance Manager Location: Thurrock Salary: £55,000 £60,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm (flexible based on workload) Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Gas Maintenance Manager to take ownership of a newly acquired gas portfolio. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the gas portfolio for a new client.
Coordinate and maintain all necessary accreditations.
Oversee PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedules and ensure compliance.
Review commercial gas engineer reports and provide pricing/quoting support where needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Offer expert advice to office staff, commercial gas engineers, and clients on all gas-related matters.
Skills & Experience Required: Recognised qualification in Gas (NVQ Level 3).
Proven experience in gas maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site or FM environment.
