Location: Central Belt Scotland (Mobile) Hours Per Week: 4 Days Per Week, 16 hours Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
The Maintenance Assistant shall: Carrying out preventative maintenance on building management equipment.
Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately.
Carrying out visual inspections of plant areas.
Carrying out checks of the Building Management System.
Carrying out basic water hygiene tasks such as flushing little used outlets and dead legs.
Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works.
Carry out all works within agreed timescales.
Deal with a variety of Clients on a daily basis. You will represent the Company and be courteous and professional in your dealings with them at all times.

Essential Criteria Full Valid UK Drivers License
Must be able to obtain DBS/PVG
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria CSR Card or equivalent skill card
Experience of working within a Healthcare Environment
Professionalism and strong work ethic
Oral and written communications skills
IOSH Working Safely
