Maintenance Assistant - TXM Recruit are currently looking for Maintenance Assistants to work for a dedicate organisation who provide a 6 start high quality private service to clients across a multi-site basis.\n· Location - Knightsbridge only\n· Salary – £35,000/Yr + unlimited overtime at 1.5x\n· Hours – 8/9am to 4/5pm - Monday to Friday\n· Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift\n· Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x anything over 40hrs\nAs a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to\n· General reactive maintenance in carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, and gutter/drainpipe repairs\n· Also, changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves.
