Building Surveyor
Location: Wisbech and Surrounding areas
We are seeking Building Surveyor to work predominantly on Small Extension and Kitchen/Bathroom Refurbs within the Wisbech area.
As a Building Surveyor in the Direct Maintenance division, you will lead technical surveys and defect management to protect residents and maintain assets to high standards. You'll prepare technical specifications and manage contracts, budgets, and compliance across the West region, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your work directly supports safe, well-maintained homes and a customer-focused repairs service. This role offers impact, professional growth, and a collaborative, accountable culture.
As the work is primarily carried out within occupied homes, the successful candidate must have excellent people skills, a professional manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents at all times.

Pay: Competitive (DOE)
Hours: 8am to 5pm
