Maintenance Carpenter
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join our client's team, working across high-end residential properties in London. This role will suit someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, is comfortable working independently, and can maintain a professional approach in client-facing environments.
The position offers a varied workload across multiple locations in West, Central and North London (City of London) with a company van provided.
Responsibilities:
Carry out bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and door installations, as well as general maintenance tasks within regular working hours.
Undertake carpentry, flooring, door fitting, repairs, fittings, minor painting, plumbing, and electrical work as required.
Work independently to complete jobs to a high standard within agreed timeframes.Requirements:
Proven experience in high-end residential maintenance carpenter work
Solid working knowledge of plumbing and electrical works
Confident working alone and liaising with clients directly
Own tools (bigger power tools supplied by company)
Valid, clean driving licenceDetails:
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Rate: £200-£230 per day (depending on experience)
Location: West, Central and North London (City of London)
