A fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Maintenance Carpenter to work at a well respected building service provider within a hospital site based in Swindon, Wiltshire This is a temporary - permanent position. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n * Carry out general building repair and maintenance\n * Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture\n * PPM and fFinding (Carpentry Bias)\n * To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards\n * Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards\nCandidate requirements;\n * Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs\n * Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is .\n * Essential to have excellent client facing skills\nPlease get in contact ASAP
