More about your role We are looking to recruitaMaintenance Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have to proactively manage the Maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client,companyand statutory requirements are always met. You ensure that all maintenance issues are triagedin a timely mannerto the correct contractor whois responsible forrectifying the problem Part of your role?will involve you liaising with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly and efficiently and to pay suppliers invoices promptly. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am
5.30pm and Friday 9am
5pm.
After an initial training period (2-4 weeks) we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home Monday, Wednesday and Friday). At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment.
