MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN\nJOB OVERVIEW\nOur client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.\nTheir client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.\nWe are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Electrical/ HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.\nSALARY & BENEFITS\n * Up to £38,000 - £42,000\n * Call out Rota\n * 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday\n * Company vehicle and fuel card.\n * Pension scheme.\n * Health and wellness benefits.\n * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.\n * Opportunities for career growth within the organization.\nJOB RESPONSBILITIES\n * Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems\n * Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.\n * Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.\n * Handle basic Mechanical Ppms\n * Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.\n * Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\n * Approved Electrical Apprenticeship – Minimum requirement.\n * 18th Edition Accreditation – Essential.\n * 2391 Testing & Inspection – Beneficial.\nCOMPANY USP\nComprehensive M&E Maintenance Coverage\nOur client provides a full spectrum of building services maintenance, including critical, non-critical, and preventative solutions.
