Are you a qualified Multi Skilled Electrician, looking for an immediate start in an ongoing temporary assignment for one of our most loved media institutions?\n\nWe have a new role for a qualified maintenance Electrician to join a renowned media organisation, based in White City. You will be joining a well run and exceptional in house team and be responsible for a variety of building services maintenance duties in an impressive head office. You will be paid weekly the equivalent of £50,000 and be working an average of 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This is an umbrella rate of £28.61 per hour. \n\nYour role as a maintenance electrician will include:\n\nElectrical maintenance and minor installations\n\t\nMaintaining plant and fixed assets \n\t\nMaintain and repair Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), plumbing systems, toilet facilities, and other mechanical/electrical equipment\n\t\nResponding to reactive maintenance calls across all trades \n\t\nBMS \n\t\nL8 management\n\t\nWeekly, Monthly PPMS\n\t\nLiaising with specialist contractors\n\nFor this maintenance electrician's role we are looking for:\n\nLevel 3 City and Guilds /NVQ + 18 edition\n\t\nExperience of building services maintenance from within a similar high spec commercial office building\n\t\nMulti skilled maintenance experience and a willingness to do electrical duties and mechanical / plumbing / fabric as required\n\t\nExceptional communication skills and a real team player\n\t\nAble to commute to White City easily \n\nIf you are a qualified maintenance electrician with multi skilled maintenance experience, looking for an immediate start in an ongoing temporary position, please apply now
