Job Description
Fraser Edwards is currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician on behalf of a well-established and leading Social Housing Contractor for a long term contract role.\nDue to continued growth and ongoing success, our client is expanding their Repairs & Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business with a strong reputation and be part of its exciting future development.\nThe Role\nAs a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services across domestic properties and communal areas. Duties will include:\n * \n Carrying out reactive electrical repairs and maintenance\n * \n Diagnosing faults and completing effective fault rectification\n * \n Performing electrical testing and inspection\n * \n Ensuring all installations comply with current regulations\n * \n Issuing relevant certification upon completion of works\nEssential Requirements\n * \n Own Vehicle - Mileage paid for job-to-job travel\n * \n BS 7671 – 18th Edition\n * \n City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent)\n * \n City & Guilds 2391/2392 or 2394/2395 (or equivalent)\nIf you are a qualified electrician looking to secure a long term contract ole within a growing and reputable organisation, we would love to hear from you
