Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Manchester (Mobile role)
Salary: £45,000 per annum + package
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management company operating across Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, working across a portfolio of commercial properties delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electrical systems and equipment
* Maintain lighting systems, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems
* Ensure all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations and safety standards
* Complete job reports and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with clients on-site and provide a high level of customer service
* Support with general building services maintenance where required
* Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota
Requirements:
* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* 18th Edition (essential)
* Proven experience within Facilities Management / commercial maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Basic air conditioning knowledge ()
