Site based Maintenance Electrician – Manchester – Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG\n\n CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician for a leading Facilities Management company in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems across communal areas on site, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all equipment.\n\n This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician with experience in the FM industry to join a stable and reputable organisation.\n\n Package:\n\nCompetitive salary up to £40,000 per annum\nCore hours are 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nTraining, development & progression opportunitiesResponsibilities:\n\nCarry out repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures\nConduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability\nDiagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely\nEnsure all electrical work complies with current regulations and safety standards\nSupport wider maintenance teams when required to maintain smooth facility operationsRequirements:\n\nQualified to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent\nPrevious experience working within the Facilities Management (FM) industry\nMust hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification\nTest and Inspection qualification (highly advantageous)\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIf you’re an experienced Electrician looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
