Job Description

Maintenance Electrician\nLocation: Stoke on Trent area ( travel)\nSalary: £40,000 per annum (Door-to-door)\nHours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00 (Flexible start and finish times)\n\nNational travel with staying away sometimes is required.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team of 5 engineers, delivering planned and preventative maintenance across a variety of sites including schools, service stations, and campsite environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities- Maintenance Electrician\n\nPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):\n\n * Emergency lighting testing and maintenance\n\n * Fire alarm checks and basic maintenance\n\n * HVAC filter cleaning and general building services support\n\n * Carry out routine compliance checks ensuring systems meet industry standards\n\nElectrical Maintenance & Installations:\n\n * LED lighting upgrades and replacements\n\n * Maintenance and installation of sockets, switches, and general electrical components\n\n * Fault finding and repair works\n\n * Carry out both single phase and three phase electrical works\n\n * Minor installation works where required\n\nCompliance & Reporting:\n\n * Complete accurate service reports and maintenance documentation\n\n * Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and safety standards\n\n * Follow company and client service level agreements\n\nWhat We’re Looking For- Maintenance Electrician\n\nQualifications:\n\n * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)\n\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n * Strong electrical maintenance and PPM experience\n\n * Experience working with commercial or public sector environments desirable\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively\n\n * Good communication and customer-facing skills\n\n * Flexible and willing to travel nationally\n\nBenefits- Maintenance Electrician\n\n * £40,000 salary (door-to-door package)\n\n * Company van with personal use permitted\n\n * Fuel card, phone, and uniform provided\n\n * No call-out\n\nGet in touch with Jacob from HVAC for more info
