Maintenance Electrician Wembley.
My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance electrician,youwill have your electrical qualifications AM2/NVQ3 or apprenticeship trained test and inspection desirable but not essential, as well as a background in commercial maintenance.
Sector: High End Commercial Landlord.
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on the landlord and energy side. From basic fault finding, lighting, dali lighting, emergency lighting, lighting control systems, fault finding in distribution boards and control panels, diagnosing problems using BMS system (trend), testing new circuits and installations, metering problems and testing circuits, inverters, diagnosing problems and outages, working with colleagues,sub-contractorsand general compliance and paperwork.
Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week
Salary is 55K plus yearly bonus, company benefits, fee parking, overtime and much more.
