An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Maintenance Electrician to join a fast-moving manufacturing site in Plymouth, supporting the upkeep and development of the sites electrical infrastructure. This position is centred around facilities and building services electrical work within a manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to build on existing skills and develop further over time. The business is seeking a practical, hands-on electrician who is comfortable working independently and keen to continue developing their skills.
Key Responsibilities will include: Carry out reactive and planned electrical maintenance across site facilities Fault finding and repair of electrical infrastructure and building services Support small electrical installations, including cabling and containment Complete remedial works following fixed-wire inspections Assist with electrical work within production areas where required Coordinate and oversee external contractors, ensuring RAMS and H&S compliance Support safe and efficient day-to-day site operations
