Maintenance Electrician – £51,500 + 3 Shifts Per Week – Leeds

We’re working with a well-established, high-volume manufacturing site in Leeds that is looking to strengthen its engineering team with an experienced Maintenance Electrician.

This isn’t one of those roles where you’re constantly firefighting on old, unreliable kit. It’s a fast-paced, well-invested environment where engineers are valued and properly supported.

What’s on offer:

* Circa £51,500 including shift allowance

* Only 3 shifts per week (plus 1 in 4 Sundays)

* Stable, well-established manufacturing site

The role:

* Electrical fault finding on high-speed production machinery

* Planned and reactive maintenance

* Working as part of a skilled engineering team

* Supporting continuous improvement on site

What we’re looking for:

* Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer

* Background in manufacturing / FMCG / packaging

* Strong fault-finding ability

* Ideally 17th or 18th Edition

* Comfortable working shifts (this is essential)
