Maintenance Electrician Commercial Contracts | Glasgow Salary: Up to £45,000 + package FM Search & Select are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Electrician to cover commercial contracts across Glasgow. This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with strong FM experience who enjoys working across a varied portfolio of sites. The Role * Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings * Fault finding and repair of electrical systems and associated building services * Completing PPMs in line with SFG20 standards * Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety and compliance requirements * Liaising with site contacts and supporting wider engineering teams where required The Ideal Candidate * Proven experience working as a Maintenance Electrician within Facilities Management or building services * Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance background * Experience working across commercial environments * Full UK driving licence Qualifications * NVQ / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Any additional FM or compliance training would be advantageous What’s on Offer * Salary up to £45,000, de...
