The Role As the Maintenance Electrician, you will provide safe and efficient maintenance across the hospital estate. You’ll:

Ensure Reliability: Maintain hospital buildings, plant, and equipment to high standards to safeguard long-term serviceability.
Technical Repairs: Carry out reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, and commissioning of various plant and systems.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to ensure continued efficiency and safety.
Safety First: Work in accordance with workplace regulations, assessing all tasks for risk and taking appropriate action.
Documentation: Use computerised labour control systems to accurately complete work orders and document repairs. You To be successful in the role of Maintenance Electrician, you’ll bring:

Qualifications: A recognized Electrical Apprenticeship or structured training program, plus City and Guilds or BTEC certification.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of Electrical Building Services and experience in a similar large-scale environment.
Professionalism: Excellent communication and customer service skills for a sensitive hospital setting.
Flexibility: Ability to work 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00) with occasional overtime in exceptional circumstances. What’s in it for you? This role offers a salary of £33,073.44 – £35,375 (DOE) plus an extensive benefits package:
