What's on offer as a Maintenance Electrician
- Salary of £48,200 per annum
- Panama pattern of 12 hour shifts working a combination of days 6am - 6pm and nights 6pm- 6am (Every other weekend off)
- Location - Barnsley
- 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays in lieu and 3 days shutdown
- 5% Employer and Minimum of 3% Employee

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician:
- Electrical diagnostic work on PLC systems
- Implementing & supporting rapid breakdown fault finding & rectification.
- Able to recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions
- Breakdowns, fault finding & repair of complex machinery & ancillaries;
- PLC's / Controls SIEMENS
- 3 phase electrical systems & operations
- Initiating improvement in practices, Systems & procedures.
- Ensuring that Engineering records are accurately maintained & presented in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications & Experience of the Maintenance Electrician:
- Electrical qualifications
- Time served engineering apprenticeship.
- Trouble shoot & repair equipment & systems which include Electrical, mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic & PLC.
- 3 + years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Be able to carry out PPM on machinery. xbpsjku
