The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our on-site team at a large commercial office in Manchester – where, yes, on Red Devils match days, you’ll be getting paid to be part of the atmosphere.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the building running smoothly, focusing on the maintenance and repair of commercial electrical systems – lighting, power, emergency lighting, and general fault finding.

And don’t worry – this isn’t one of those high-pressure roles. Think flexible hours, minimal travel, and low-stress work. Overtime is available if you want to top up your earnings.

What You’ll Need

✅ Experience with commercial electrical systems ✅ Confident working with lighting, power & emergency systems ✅ Able to support minor building maintenance (plumbing & joinery) ✅ Qualified with AM2, C&G 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent
