Maintenance Electrician (Static Site)
Location: OX11 Postcode Area
Salary: £36,000 £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a major Facilities Management company on a static commercial site in the OX11 area. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for stability, structured progression, and the benefits of working within a professional commercial environment.

The Role

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems

  • Respond to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks

  • Maintain lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems

  • Support compliance checks and statutory inspections

  • Liaise with site teams and ensure accurate reporting

  • Participate in a call-out rota as required

About You

  • Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  • Experience within commercial maintenance environments

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork approach

  • Full UK driving licence desirable
