Maintenance Electrician\nLocation: Cardiff | Salary: £42,500 (includes shift allowance) | Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights\n\nWe’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working on a high-profile site in Cardiff. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be keeping systems running smoothly, reacting quickly to breakdowns, and ensuring our clients get first-class service every time.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\n * Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance across a range of systems and equipment\n\n * Respond quickly to reactive and emergency tasks\n\n * Supervise subcontractors on site and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards\n\n * Use handheld technology to record work accurately and on time\n\n * Build strong, positive relationships with clients and colleagues\n\nWhat you’ll need:\n\n * 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 (Electrical) or completed electrical apprenticeship\n\n * At least 3 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance (5+ in a similar role)\n\n * Strong diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills\n\n * Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n * £42,500 which rises to £46,500 after successful probabtion period\n\n * 22 days holiday (increasing with service)\n\n * Sick pay and pension contributions (5.7% employer)\n\n * Birthday and “Employee of the Month” vouchers\n\n * Free on-site parking\n\n * Staff referral bonuses and regular company socials\n\nIf you’re a proactive engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment, we’d love to hear from you
