Your new companyWe have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer for a growing business near Diss (Norfolk) working on a panama shift pattern, 2s and 3s on days.Your new roleWorking with an experienced engineering team, you will carry out all aspects of plant maintenance to a planned schedule, reacting to any breakdowns and escalating where necessary. An essential aspect of the role is the initiative to drive continuous improvement, reviewing current methodology and opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, quality and performance.What you'll need to succeedYou will have completed an apprenticeship in both mechanical and electrical fields and be at minimum 18th Edition certified. As an experienced engineer, you will have an excellent understanding of working with strict safety protocols.
