Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Our Client requires an experienced Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias), this is a permanent, full-time position.

Salary: Competitive – discussed on initial phone call - monthly pay

Hours: Rotating shifts – Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm

Location: Hoo, Rochester

Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities

* Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on all machinery.

* Track, organise, and complete all PPM tasks.

* Maintain accurate records within the MaintainX system.

* Coordinate contractors and oversee machine servicing.

* Manage spare parts inventory for all equipment.

* Track and organise service and contractor documentation.

* Conduct routine safety inspections to support a Safety-First culture.

* Support Production teams when required.

* Participate in an Out-of-Hours Call Out rota.

* Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements

* Completed Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or similar with relevant experience.

* ONC/BTEC, HNC/BTEC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
