Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)MTF UK LTD | Manufacturing (Glass & UPVC Frames) £40,000 - £50,000 DOE | Permanent | Full-Time | 7:30am - 4:30pm | On-siteMTF UK LTD is a specialist manufacturer of high-quality glass and UPVC frames, and due to continued growth we're looking to recruit a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our automated production environment.This is a day-shift role offering stability, responsibility and the opportunity to improve and develop modern manufacturing systems.The RoleAs Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by maintaining and improving automated machinery and control systems across the site.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining electrical control systems across automated machinery and production linesDiagnosing and resolving electrical and automation faultsSupporting commissioning of new equipment and upgradesWorking closely with production and engineering teams to improve reliabilityEnsuring compliance with electrical safety standards and company proceduresSupporting continuous improvement across plant performance ??What We're Looking ForEssential:Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing or factory automationStrong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with industrial control systemsKnowledge of industrial communication networksPractical, hands-on engineering approachStrong teamwork and communication skillsDesirable:Experience within glass, windows, plastics, or fabrication manufacturingExposure to robotics or machine vision systemsPLC diagnostics / modification experienceContinuous improvement or lean manufacturing exposureWhat's On Offer£40,000 - £50,000 salary (DOE)Permanent full-time role7:30am - 4:30pm working hoursMonday-Friday schedule (no shifts)On-site parking Supportive engineering environmentOpportunity to influence upgrades and improvementsLong-term stability within a growing manufacturerIf you're an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable days-based role with real involvement in automation and plant improvement, we'd love to hear from youJBRP1_UKTJ
