Excellent opportunity for an Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with proven multi-discipline experience and qualifications to carry out reactive and planned maintenance for an established Telford based manufacturer. Offering opportunities for progression within the business and competitive employment benefits with a salary between £48,000 and £52,000! You will be time served with a level 3 Electrical/Mechanical NVQ. An HNC is advantageous but not essential

Shifts – Rotating 12 Hour shifts

JOB OUTLINE

Joining an experienced team of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers on the company’s rotating day and night shifts. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be given the motivation and resources to carry out Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance on the company’s machibery, working to PPM schedules.

DUTIES

* Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems

* Strong appreciation of Hydraulics and Pneumatics

* Fault finding in Siemens S7 controls

* Working to PPM schedules

* Record work, faults, breakdowns within the engineering maintenance system

* Quick response to breakdowns

* New Installations & modifications to existing equipment

* Be able to work on individual and group projects

THE CANDIDATE

· HNC, HND level of qualification desirable or Engineering apprenticeship

· Level 3 NVQ in Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled discipline

· Proven Engineering background with production / manufacturing experience is essential

·Strong electrical and PLC fault finding ability
