Maintenance Engineer Bristol, BS13 8AE £32,000 – £34,000 Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm

We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a small, well-established team at a head office commercial site in Bristol.

The Role:

* General building services maintenance

* Plumbing works – taps, sinks, toilet unblocking

* Legionella checks & water flushing

* Basic painting & decorating

* 80% PPM duties

* No installations or small project works (handled by contractors)

The Package:

* £32k–£34k salary

* Monday–Friday only

* Joining a team of 2 Engineers + 1 Supervisor

* 5 years remaining on the contract

* Strong client relationship

* No strict SLAs

* Single commercial office site (200 sq ft building)
