About the Role We are seeking a skilled Shift Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You will work across both mechanical and electrical systems , carrying out planned preventative maintenance as well as reactive repairs. This role also involves supporting continuous improvement and helping train operators in best practices.

Late Shift: MondayThursday: 12:45 22:00 Friday: 13:45 22:00
Key Responsibilities Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on plant and machinery (mechanical & electrical) Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise production downtime Prioritise workloads and complete tasks to a high standard Update maintenance records using a CMMS system Order and manage spare parts when required Support installations, upgrades, and contractor activities Participate in the on-call rota and r...
