Due to our client’s contract expansion, GH Engage is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to work within a high-end corporate/critical premises within the City of London carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance within a team of engineers.

This role is working on a Monday to Friday basis. There is no call out on the contract but there is available paid overtime.

Duties: Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties. Mechanical Duties: Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing, AHU's/FCU's – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans, Pumps – PPM's or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls), Motors – PPM's (re-winds, overhauls), Carrying out maintenance on VRV’s/VRF’s. Plumbing maintenance; Small plumbing jobs, dead leg removal, Daily, weekly and monthly analytical testing of cooling towers and closed systems, Chilled Water systems, Water flushing, Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature.
