About the Role

They are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their engineering team. This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and involves a balanced mix of reactive and planned maintenance activity within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of mixers, conveyors and packaging equipment
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Responding to machinery breakdowns efficiently
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring minimal downtime and smooth site operations About You

The successful candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and a strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance. You will be flexible, proactive and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong electrical fault-finding skills
Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG (preferred)
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience in both reactive and planned maintenance environments Benefits
